A separate registered legal entity for these Services has not been formed yet. Legal notices are valid when sent to legal@wumpix.com (privacy requests: privacy@wumpix.com). When a legal entity is later incorporated (jurisdiction to be determined), these documents will be updated with the entity’s legal name, registration details, and registered address. These documents do not represent that Wumpix is currently an LLC, limited company, or other registered corporate entity.
“Website” means our public websites, including https://wumpix.com and related landing, documentation, and marketing pages.
“Services” means our online software-as-a-service platform, including any related APIs, mobile or desktop applications, messaging and campaign tools, analytics, orchestration modules, and customer portals provided by Wumpix.

That processing is governed by the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum, not solely by this Privacy Policy |
If you are an individual whose information appears in Customer Data, contact the Customer organization that holds the Account. Wumpix will assist that Customer as processor under the DPA.
1. Information we collect
We collect information when you provide it to us, when you use our Website or Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.
A. Information you provide to us
Account creation. When you create an Account or otherwise use the Services, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), role within your team or enterprise, company name, billing contact details, and optional profile information.
Your communications with us. We collect information such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect the contents of messages or attachments that you may send to us, as well as other information you choose to provide.
Payment information. When you purchase a subscription to the Services, you will need to provide payment information to process your subscription. We use third-party payment providers to process payments. We may receive information associated with your payment, such as billing address, payment status, partial payment method identifiers, and transaction information. Full payment card details are stored and processed by our payment providers, not by Wumpix as primary card storage.
Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you participate, you may be asked to provide contact information and other information about you or your business.
Interactive features. We may offer interactive features such as forums, blogs, chat, community spaces, or social media pages. Information you submit in public sections of these features may be viewed by others.
Events. We may attend or host conferences, webinars, trade shows, and other events where we collect contact information from individuals who interact with or express an interest in the Services.
Job applications. If we post job openings and you submit an application, CV, and/or cover letter, we will collect and use that information to assess your qualifications.
B. Information collected automatically
Automatic data collection. We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with our Website or Services. This information may include your IP address, user settings, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, details about your browser, operating system or device, approximate location inferred from IP address, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before, during, and after using the Website or Services, information about the links you click, information about how you interact with the Website or Services (including frequency and duration of activities), performance and diagnostic logs, and security telemetry.
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide analytics, advertising, or other functionality, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies (“Technologies”) to collect information through the Website or Services. These Technologies help us operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, secure Accounts, and (where enabled) support marketing of our own Services.
Analytics. We may use third-party service providers to collect and process analytics information on our Website or Services. Those providers have their own privacy policies covering their Technologies.
Advertising. On the Website, we may allow select third-party advertising technology partners to place Technologies on your browser to collect information about your interactions so we can market Wumpix Services. You can control many of these Technologies through the choices described in Section 5.
C. Information from other sources
We may obtain information about you from other sources, including through third-party services and organizations. For example:
- if you access the Website or Services through a third-party application, social login, or single sign-on provider, we may collect information that provider makes available according to your settings;
- if you register an Account with an email address provisioned by your organization, we may associate your Account with that organization for administration and security;
- if you enable an integration (messenger, CRM, ads platform, calendar, email provider, analytics tool, or AI provider), we receive the data that integration sends according to your configuration and that provider’s terms;
- we may use reputable B2B enrichment sources to better understand business prospects for Wumpix’s own sales and marketing, where Law permits.
D. Customer Data processed on behalf of Customers
Customers may use the Services to process Contact and campaign-related Personal Data. That Personal Data is controlled by the Customer. Our handling of it is governed by our contract with the Customer, including the DPA. This Privacy Policy does not govern the Customer’s own privacy practices toward its contacts.

If you register with an organization-provisioned email address, we may share Account administration metadata with that organization.
De-identified and aggregated information. We may create de-identified and/or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you. We may use and disclose such information for research, internal analysis, analytics, benchmarking, and other legally permissible purposes.
AI training. We do not use Customer Data to train generalized foundation models shared across unrelated customers, unless a specific Order or Product-Specific Terms expressly provide otherwise and Law allows. We may use de-identified operational telemetry and Account/Website information (controller data) to improve the Services, including AI Features, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Process information on behalf of our Customers. Personal information in Customer Data is processed on the Customer’s instructions under the Terms of Service and DPA.
3. Disclosing your information

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, as permitted by Law and contract.
We do not sell Customer Data. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain online advertising disclosures on the Website may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws; see Section 12.
4. International data transfers
Information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored in countries other than where you live, including countries that may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live. When we engage in such transfers, we safeguard the information consistent with applicable laws, including through Standard Contractual Clauses and the DPA for Customer Data.
5. Your choices
General. You may object to or opt out of certain uses of your information. Where you have consented to processing for a specific purpose, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting privacy@wumpix.com. Even if you opt out, we may still collect and use information for other purposes that were not based on your consent (for example, transactional emails and security).
Email communications. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested, billing, and security.
Cookies. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device through browser settings and any cookie preference controls we provide on the Website. Disabling certain Technologies may limit Website functionality.
Do Not Track. Like most online services, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by Law for Website advertising Technologies.
Integrations. You can disconnect Third-Party Products in your Account settings. After disconnection, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period as described in the DPA.
Account closure. You may request Account closure through support@wumpix.com. Closure is subject to outstanding fees and Lawful retention requirements.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the right to:

When information is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it where feasible.
8. Security of your information
We take steps designed to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the security measures described in the DPA. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security of any information you provide to us.
By using the Services or providing information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Law, which may include posting a notice on the Services, emailing you, or both.
Report suspected security issues to security@wumpix.com.
